At NorthAmericaTrade, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you experience any issues, please review our refund policy below.



Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.

 

Refunds & Returns

As we work with global suppliers, we do not accept returns, Instead, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

 

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.

  • We will decide based on the evidence provided whether we give a replacement, partial or full refund, or none of the above if intentional sabotage is suspected by the customer.

 

Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We will send you the correct item free of charge or issue a refund.

 

✅ Undelivered Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

  • Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues may affect delivery times.

 

🚫 No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Lost or stolen items (*see lost or stolen items paragraph below*)
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If self-sabotage is suspected

  • Damage caused by misuse, intentional tampering, or failure to follow usage instructions
  • Delays caused by customs or local delivery services (unless it exceeds 45 days).

 

🚫 *Lost or Stolen Packages*

  • *northamericatrade.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.*
  • *Upon inquiry, NorthAmericaTrade will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.*

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@northamericatrade.com with:
1️⃣ Your order number.
2️⃣ A description of the issue.
3️⃣ Clear photos (if applicable).

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • PayPal refunds are usually faster (within 1–3 days).

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.
